Lama Ole Nydahl attends the annual meeting of the Karma Kagyu lineage
This December Lama participated in the largest annual meeting of Buddhist teachers of the Karma Kagyu lineage, led by Thaye Dorje, His Holiness the 17th Karmapa. The event was held beside the Mahabodhi Temple in Bodh Gaya, where the historical Buddha Shakyamuni (Siddhartha Gautama) achieved enlightenment over 2,500 years ago.
